Front - First, middle, and last name
Right - Date of birth, time of birth, birth weight, and length
Back - Names of the parents
Left - Week Day of birth, city and state of birth. The footprint artwork can be changed as well

Any formatting for date, weight, and length will be the way it is engraved. Please check spelling of everything.

The engraved block is left unfinished and is sanded smooth to remove any rough spot and sharp edges.
