There are six sides that can be custom engraved and personalized just for you!

**Each side pictured is a suggestion for you. What is pictured is:

Top - First initial of the first name
Front - First, middle, and last name
Right - Date of birth, time of birth, birth weight, and length
Back - Names of the parents
Left - Week Day of birth, city and state of birth. The footprint artwork can be changed as well
Bottom - Special note from you.

Any formatting for date, weight, and length will be the way I engrave the block. Please check spelling of everything.

The engraved block is left unfinished, but we can apply our homemade wood finish if you wish. It is made from organic jojoba oil and beeswax. The wood finish will darken the wood.
