Top - Preferred Initial
Front - First, middle, and last name
Right - Birth weight, and length
Back - Place of birth with city and state
Left - Date and time of birth
Bottom - Special note from you.

Any formatting for date, weight, and length will be the way it is engraved. Please check spelling of everything.

The engraved block is left unfinished and is sanded smooth to remove any rough spot and sharp edges.

You can expect your order to be engraved and shipped within a week of the order being placed.
