Top - First initial of the first name
Front - First, middle, and last name
Right - Date of birth, time of birth, birth weight, and length
Back - Names of the parents
Left - Week Day of birth, city and state of birth. The footprint artwork can be changed as well

Any formatting for date, weight, and length will be the way the block is engraved. Please check spelling of everything.

The engraved block will have our homemade wood finish applied to bring out the rich natural color of cherry wood. It is made from organic jojoba oil and beeswax.
